Things to consider

A few things I've been thinking about regarding the infobox before it goes live

Cycle chronology - should the previous/next cycles contain the dates as well as the number? If so, should they be in rows instead of columns?
Max counts - should the date be immediately after the count, or does it look nicer with the date on the following row?
Row titles - are they too vague?
