At present the infobox has labels "Saturated fats", "Interesterified fats", "Unsaturated fats", "Monounsaturated fats", and "Polyunsaturated fats". But most of those refer to the amounts of those kinds of fatty acids, not "fats"! We should change the labels. The exception is interesterified fat, which really is a kind of fat or oil, not a kind of fatty acid. It should not be placed as a subcategory of saturated fat (or of saturated fatty acids), because an interesterified fat may have unsaturated fatty acids as well.
