With the no-contest in the 2018 First Responder Bowl, it seems that adding a note to the "Bowl record by conference" segment of the infobox would be helpful. Otherwise, at the end of the bowl season, it will appear that a game is unaccounted for. As a no-contest is not counted in win-loss records, using the ties field for the conferences involved would be incorrect. I think the simplest thing to do is to allow a generic note to be displayed at the bottom of the list of conferences, using a text string specified via use of |Note= in the infobox.
