Only Human Cells?
[edit]Is this template only for human cells? or also for cells which occures in humans as well as other creatures?(E.g in animals used as scientific models) Claes Lindhardt (talk) 08:48, 27 August 2023 (UTC)
Link to Tissue and Organs
[edit]Would it make sense to add in which kind of tissue and which organs in the human that the cell can typically be found? Claes Lindhardt (talk) 08:53, 27 August 2023 (UTC)
Link to Protein
[edit]Would it make sense to a link to all the types of proteins that occurs in the cell? there is a lot of proteins in a cell(https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/01/180117131202.htm, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3910158/, http://book.bionumbers.org/how-many-proteins-are-in-a-cell/, https://bio.libretexts.org/Bookshelves/Cell_and_Molecular_Biology/Book%3A_Basic_Cell_and_Molecular_Biology_(Bergtrom)/03%3A_Details_of_Protein_Structure/3.07%3A_Proteins_Genes_and_Evolution-_How_Many_Proteins_are_We) But there might not be that many types of proteins? and it might be meaningfull to leave the option to link these to give a better understanding of the complexity of each cell. We already have around 20 000 proteins on wiki: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_human_protein-coding_genes_1 woulden't it make sense to cross link them to more easily be able to navigate wiki? - It is an interesting idea but I think better suited for Wikidata. I would suggest exploring it further there rather than here. Great idea though...! Tom (LT) (talk) 07:33, 28 August 2023 (UTC)
