Why?
[edit]Where is the discussion regarding this template? Where is it proposed to be used? - Sitush (talk) 18:20, 23 January 2018 (UTC)
- I created this template for use on user talk pages of those who add Indic script in the lead of the articles.for example If the members of WikiProject India have objections to the use of this template, it can be delisted for WikiProject India as it is also shared by WikiProject Pakistan. samee talk 19:12, 23 January 2018 (UTC)
- Thanks. I can see it having problems, notably on issues where historic people were born or active in places now considered to be a part of Pakistan but which were in what most people would consider to be India prior to 1947. Do we even need a template when we have WP:INDICSCRIPT and can point people to it? What does this add? And how active is the Pakistan wikiproject? I've looked at its talk page on occasion, even posted queries there, but it seems to have been fairly moribund for years. - Sitush (talk) 19:58, 23 January 2018 (UTC)
