I'm just a little worried someone is going to take exception to the date we assigned Toronto (former city) 1834-1954 instead of 1834-1998. It makes sense for us to divide the history that way but we should still show somehow that the date is one chosen by us and the City continued to exist as a part of Metro from 1954 to 1998. Can we write 1834-1954 [1998] or something like that? Or another idea is to change both references and put: Toronto, York Co. (1834-1954); Toronto, Metro (1954-1998)? Questionable...
[edit]It took me a while to figure out what was screwing up the rendering of Fort_Rouillé, [1] [2] [3].
This template does something that forces images to follow it - even if those images use the "left" directive.
This is intrusive, and non-transparent, and I don't know of any other templates that do this.
I suggest it be fixed. If no one fixes it, I may monkey with this template myself. Geo Swan (talk) 18:34, 6 November 2019 (UTC)
