The template needs updating. The GNIS name server changed its server name from:
to
So in order for this template to work, the name needs to be updated in the template. Simply change "ggmagaz" to "namesgaz" and it will work again. --Bejnar (talk) 04:14, 25 April 2014 (UTC)

Could somebody remove the apostrophes (') on both sides of {{{1}}} in the first link in the template, as this creates the addition of two instances of "%27" in the link when the template is used, so it becomes a dead link, compare these links as an example:
