This is the talk page of the protection notice for Module:Sandbox.
Template:Editnotices/Protection/Module:Sandbox can only be edited by administrators, page movers, and template editors. All editnotices (except those in userspace) are protected via MediaWiki:Titleblacklist, so the "protection" status as set by the protection tab is mostly irrelevant.

Okay, guess that's cool. Noticed that the protection notice you cited topped a redirect's edit page, so I followed up the page move of the target page and moved that protection notice to Template:Editnotices/Protection/Wikipedia:File upload wizard.
