- Confirming that I have seen the above changes, and that they are factually correct. However, while all of the above three alternatives contain the same facts, the first of the three is in elegant English, that is - clear, concise and to the point while running with a logical smoothness. But the syntax of the last one is awkward and clumsy. Why insert "was asked by" and "about", when that extra hiccup of verbiage is not needed by the first option of the three?
