@Primefac: Per this merge discussion, I've gone ahead an updated this code to account for {{DCAni-trademark-copyright}}. However, I've also found that {{DCProp-trademark-copyright}} and {{DCLic-trademark-copyright}} also have existed. The updated code can account for {{DCProp-trademark-copyright}} and I'm still thinking about the "Lic" one. Are you able to assist with updating template calls so we can merge these two? Here is what needs to happen in both cases:

  • For {{DCAni-trademark-copyright}}: "DCAni-trademark-copyright" to "DC-Comics-trademark-copyright", while a final parameter |Ani=y needs to be added.
  • For {{DCProp-trademark-copyright}}: "DCProp-trademark-copyright" to "DC-Comics-trademark-copyright", while all final parameters need to be combined into the single parameter |Presentation= with appropriate punctuation and "and"s.
    • For example at File:Aquaman JL Heroes.jpg; {{DCProp-trademark-copyright|2006|[[Snowblind Studios]]|[[WayForward]]|[[Eidos Interactive]]}} becomes {{DC-Comics-trademark-copyright|2006|Presentation=[[Snowblind Studios]], [[WayForward]], and [[Eidos Interactive]]}}
    • For example at File:Catwoman poster.jpg; {{DCProp-trademark-copyright|2004|[[Village Roadshow Pictures]]|[[Warner Bros.|Warner Brothers]]}} becomes {{DC-Comics-trademark-copyright|2004|Presentation=[[Village Roadshow Pictures]] and [[Warner Bros.|Warner Brothers]]}}

They're already set in this template and ready to go. I just need help with the actual adjustment in the file space. See my edit here. I didn't sandbox this one specifically because I had already done so with the virtually similar {{Marvel-Comics-trademark-copyright}} and had sandboxed and made testcases there. Do you have a bot or AWB task privilege that can go through the template usages to make these changes? It's quite a bit to try and do manually. Once the {{DCAni-trademark-copyright}} and {{DCProp-trademark-copyright}} are no longer used, I can actually redirect them to this template. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 15:37, 25 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
