Additional parameter

I'd like a parameter to be added to this template so that it matches {{Country data Western Australia}}:
{{Country data South Australia ... | altlink = {{{altlink|}}} }}
This will allow variations of the various flag templates to work correctly with the Australian states, as their counterparts do with the various nations. (Specifically allowing {{bb-state}} to work like{{bb}}.
