Make generic
[edit]Please could we remove "the ... network team" out of the template so that it can be made more generic (eg. applied to User:Oversight). This at the moment will require remove those these words from this template and adding them around the second argument ("University of Cambridge"), where this template is used at User:Cambridge CERT.
