UHI colleges

Perth College UHI was listed under Highlands and Islands, but Perth as in the former Tayside region and not what is normally considered the Highlands and Island area (despite being a part of UHI) I moved it to reflect this. However I wonder if the UHI colleges should be listed here given List of further and higher education colleges in Scotland does not include them on the grounds that 'Since January 2011, these 13 colleges are now officially federated as constituent colleges of the University of the Highlands and Islands upon being granted university status.'
