Clockwise vs counterclockwise
[edit]Traditionally the TCA cycle is presented as a clockwise cycle. is there any reason why you prefer counter clockwise? It might cause confusion? David D. (Talk) 23:38, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
- Just wondering if anyone notice above edit? David D. (Talk) 07:44, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
Sorry for the slow reply, this page had slipped my watchlist! Its anticlockwise because thats how it was presented in my reference, although I do agree it is more commonly shown clockwise. I could add it to my list of to dos, but I dont think a change is vital, the arrows are quite clear. - Zephyris Talk 13:24, 1 January 2007 (UTC)
Dehydration step (Citrate to cis-Aconitate)
[edit]Shouldn't there be a double bond between C3,C4 (C3=C4) in cis-Aconitate? O is taken out of Citrate, but no hydrogen is taken out in this step.--Chrismacg 18:29, 15 February 2007 (UTC).
- You're right, you've got sharp eyes! I'll correct it at some point - ill put an errata in for now... - Zephyris Talk 13:07, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the correction :) - Zephyris Talk 08:39, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
Images are too small
[edit]The image of each substrate looks small compared to the size of the map. I wonder if this is browser-dependent?--Chibibrain (talk) 04:55, 25 November 2009 (UTC)
