Change the template so that the teams overall conference record shows up, currently only the overall record appears Jtptexas94 (talk) 21:39, 11 May 2020 (UTC)
- Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. Primefac (talk) 14:31, 15 May 2020 (UTC)

The conference parameter is present in the documentation but does not work. Please either allow an entry made with that parameter to appear in the fourth column or remove the parameter from the documentation. It would be preferable to make the parameter work. Thank you. - For the former option, please make your required changes to Template:CBB yearly record end/sandbox and reactivate this request. For the latter option, please edit Template:CBB yearly record end/doc which is unprotected. Thank you — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 19:03, 2 January 2024 (UTC)
- I made the changes in the sandbox to get the conference parameter to show up. I tested it with actual data on tables starting with both Template:CBB yearly record start (List of Le Moyne Dolphins men's basketball seasons#Season results and Bob Knight#Head coaching record to get both a team and a coach) and Template:CBB yearly record start with polls (LSU Tigers women's basketball#Year by year results). I didn't have any luck finding an instance of the template being used for a rivalry. However, the changes I made should have no consequence. Taxman1913 (talk) 00:30, 10 January 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks for this. I have added a test case to Template:CBB yearly record end/testcases and the only difference I see is a slightly oversized Georgetown row. Could you add a test which demonstrates the new parameter? — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 15:08, 12 January 2024 (UTC)
- @MSGJ: I added three examples. I don't know why it is making that row wider on the Patrick Ewing test case. I don't see any trouble with the three I added. Taxman1913 (talk) 20:54, 16 January 2024 (UTC)
- I just remembered an example of one of these tables that has the data entered for the conference parameter but is not currently displaying such data, so I added it as another test case. The editor has broken the data into two parts, and the template in the sandbox appears to be handling it well. Taxman1913 (talk) 21:13, 16 January 2024 (UTC)
