"r from other template" not in "noinclude"

Recently there is this:

{{r from other template|•}}<noinclude>

But should be included like this:

<noinclude>{{r from other template|•}}

...please be replaced with the following text:

The redirect Template:Bullet should be removed from Category:Wikipedia utility templates. The redirect should either have the same template categories as the target Template:•, that is:

[[Category:Character-substitution templates]]
[[Category:Inline spacing templates]]
[[Category:Typing-aid templates]]
