Flughafen Schönefeld worthy of inclusion?

[edit]

I suggest deleting Flughafen Schönefeld from this template, for a couple of reasons. Firstly, the station does not lie in Berlin's city limits. Secondly, it does not have any significant number of long-distance trains calling since the opening of Berlin Hauptbahnhof in 2006. Lastly, there is not even an article at that address. If nobody objects, I will delete it soon. AalanTG (talk) 08:48, 28 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The inclusion (now the article exists) is due to some issues: In group others there are stations who have got the same long-distance trains of Schönefeld or minus (as Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstrasse, Potsdamer Platz). The list is taken from de.wp template, who is based on a DB ranking for stations. Schönefeld is also the only one not phisically in Berlin who is in berliner zone B (zone C is for Brandenburg), due to the fact that it serves the airport and it is also named Berlin Schönefeld. So, it is considered for DB an effective berliner station. Note: A little bit of "rail park" is in berlin's territory (Altglienicke).
