With GPS coordinates, it is customary, I think, to list latitude first, then longitude. On these coordinates, a latitude of -90 to -88 puts these locations in the middle of the Antarctic. Since I-88 goes by my house I am delighted to know that I-88 ends up in Antarctica. I have always wanted to go there. (Entropy7 (talk) 19:54, 29 January 2016 (UTC))
