Çoban

[edit]

Hello SD. To answer your question (diff), the plural form in Albanian is çobanë(t), while in Turkish çobanlar. However, as non-English-language variants, i don't think either of them is ideal for the navbox. Even if non-English-language names were to be included, i believe that the Aromanian endonyms would be more useful. By the way, there are also a couple of Greek variants; τσο(μ)πάνηδες and τσο(μ)παναραίοι. Demetrios1993 (talk) 23:35, 28 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Demetrios, many thanks for your help and knowledge here. I was not aware of those Greek names. I will exclude çoban for now so as to not crowd the template with non-English names as you stated and also because I am not sure if I should use the Albanian or the Turkish plural form if I were to keep it. Maybe if in the future one of these non-English forms can get an article, which I don't think they can, they will deserve inclusion. Super Ψ Dro 23:43, 28 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
