European academics?

Why are Armenia (and Azerbaijan?) in the European academics category - is it possible to move them to a category like "Academics from the Caucasus"? With Armenian academics I think it's even more difficult because for example I am trying to place a scholar who was born in Jerusalem and spent most of her career in Lebanon.
