noheaders
[edit]Please, add a line-height value for the noheaders rule, because in the article, aleph#Arabic variants, the letters are overlapping. --Mahmudmasri (talk) 04:18, 6 May 2012 (UTC)
- I absolutely don't see any overlap. The line-height is clearly sufficient and standard.
- Most probably your Arabic fonts are very poor. A good font is needed anyway to show all advanced Arabc characters, and not just the basic alphabet.
- Or this is your own personal CSS stylesheet that has a problem. There's no problem with the default stylesheet of the website verdy_p (talk) 08:53, 6 May 2012 (UTC)
- Note the lineheight should be set at the table header level; the "noheader=1" rule is there so that you can avoid generating it for each letter, when you want to present a list of multiple letters; and in that case the header has to be generated outside of this template. There's no point in setting the line-height in each cell.
- Note that with noheaders=1, the row header is not generated as well, so that you can add extra columns. And in that case the template remains useful to compute only the cells for each presentation shape of the letter. verdy_p (talk) 08:56, 6 May 2012 (UTC)
- For your info, I fixed the article page itself, I did not change this template ! verdy_p (talk) 09:03, 6 May 2012 (UTC)
- Before I opened the discussion, I viewed the page without signing in and on a different browser. Both show them overlapped. The table there: aleph#Arabic variants, but the table at the top of the page displayed just fine as usual. After taking a second look right now, I saw that they don't overlap anymore. --Mahmudmasri (talk) 04:41, 7 May 2012 (UTC)
Bet
[edit]The shape of Ba or ب is wrong e.g. Bet_(letter). I couldn't fix it.--Xyzrt (talk) 00:03, 22 February 2013 (UTC)
