Compressing repeats?

For repeated wins (like Lubezki's so-far-unique three-year run, but also any future examples of the incumbent once again winning the award), is there any reason we wouldn't want to save a little space in the navbox by listing it as something like:

Emmanuel Lubezki (2013–2015)

or,

Emmanuel Lubezki (2013, 2014, 2015)
