Added more years and made the template more versatile.

As of August 12, 2022, the years of 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1982, 1986, 1987, 1988 and 2020 are now available. I've also reconfigured the template to allow for the possibility of ADOT SHS Logs accessed offline. There is also a future parameter that will be available if any logs predating the Arizona State Highway Department's consolidation into ADOT turn up. — MatthewAnderson707 (talk|sandbox) 19:04, 12 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
