Creates a category of the form "YYYY beginnings" or "YYYY endings", where YYYY is a 2-, 3- or 4-digit year.
e.g.
The template detects whether the page is a "beginnings" or "endings" category, and configures the output accordingly.
Usage

No parameters needed.
Errors
