Class can be any of the following:

Special classes

- NA (Not Assessed)
Importance can be any of the following:
- Top
- High
- Mid
- Low
- NA
NA importance should be applied to any of the special classes listed above
Using the parameter |attention=yes
will place the article in the Category:Progressive rock articles needing attention. It can be omitted in place of "no" if the article is in good standing.
Similarly, using the parameter |needs-infobox=yes
will place the article in the Category:Progressive rock articles needing infoboxes. It can be omitted in place of "no" if the article already has an infobox.
The parameter |note=
can be used to add simple comments on the article, such as "needs references", to tell other editors what is required to move up the quality scale.
