It is a template to mark stubs of newcomers in WikiAfrica Project, and it would be used only in WP namespace to collect such stubs in Category:WikiAfrica new articles. It is planned to use bot to find and mark by this template all stubs in prefix WP:WikiAfrica/Stubs.
