This template creates a userbox that identifies a user who has been diagnosed with cancer or another serious medical condition.

Use

To use this userbox template, place the following line of Wikitext on your user page:

{{User cancer diagnosis|condition|date}}

where:

condition is the optional user medical condition. (default: cancer)
date is the optional date of diagnosis.
