where:

var1 is the user status:
- 0 – user is a student or alumnus (default)
- 1 – user is a student
- 2 – user is a graduate student
- 3 – user is an alumnus
- 4 – user is an alumna
- 5 – user is faculty
- 6 – user is staff
- 7 – user is retired
nocat= is the optional category parameter:
- nocat=false – Include the user page in Category:Wikipedians by alma mater: Colorado Technical University (default)
- nocat=true – Do not declare a category.
