Template Usage

- To inform editors that their submission to WP:REFUND has been responded to
- Usage
- {{subst:UND-response|thread=''thread name of the discussion''|response=yes}}
- Parameters
Note: Signature is automatically added when subst'd
- thread - optional parameter that links directly to the discussion thread
- response - optional parameter: set response=yes if a reply is requested; do not add this parameter if response is not required
