The template automatically finds the correct title. If the page title starts with U+FE5F﹟SMALL NUMBER SIGN or U+FF03＃FULLWIDTH NUMBER SIGN, the # is considered substituted, otherwise, it is considered missing. Compare SaveRahaf with ＃SaveRahaf for an example.
Generally, the instructions at TM:R restricted/doc should be followed. So, for example, when the redirect is in article mainspace, printworthiness should also be tagged and, if the hashtag is the correct title of the landing page, the {{Correct title}} template should be used as a hatnote there.
