Criteria
[edit]This award may be presented to any Wikipedian who makes significant contributions to topic portals on Wikipedia.
Usage
[edit]By default, this template includes a generic description of the award.
To include the default message and a custom user message, use:

To remove the default message, use:
{{subst:Template:Portal Barnstar|Message ~~~~|}}
(A pipe "|" is added at the end)
To use only the default message, use:
