Template:Permission received/doc

Template used for marking files which are still being processed by the VRT team. This template should only be added by an VRT volunteer.

Usage

Required parameters

|id= should be set to the full 16-digit ticket number for the VRT ticket corresponding to the file/page.

|year=year|month=month|day=day is used to set the date the ticket was last checked by a VRT volunteer.

|user= should be set to the username of the agent adding the tag.

Optional parameters

|reason=1 will replace the generic message with one stating that the image has not yet been processed and will not categorize the image in Category:Wikipedia files with unconfirmed permission received by VRT by date. This parameter should be used if you have not yet replied to the sender and we are not awaiting a response. Images with this template should not be deleted until a reply has been sent to the ticket and the sender has had an adequate time to respond.

|reason=2 will replace the generic message with one stating that the email was not sufficient as it does not contain an explicit release under a free license.

|reason=3 will replace the generic message with one stating that the VRT team could not verify it was from the copyright holder.

|reason=example will replace the standard explanation of possible reasons with because example. (This text will be added to the end of the previous sentence, as opposed to creating a new sentence.) This option should be used with care to avoid disclosing too much information about the ticket.
