A. Hamid Arief (25 November 1924 – 20 December 1992) was an Indonesian actor who appeared in over 120 films. He started his acting career in live theatre before migrating to film in 1948, and gaining widespread recognition in 1953 with his first starring role. He is seen here in a promotional still taken around 1960.
