A rescue exercise being undertaken by the Royal Canadian Air Force and the Canadian Coast Guard. Formed in 1962, the Canadian Coast Guard is a Special Operating Agency within Fisheries and Oceans Canada. It is headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario.
