Appearance
This is a documentation subpage for Template:NFL expansion draft start. It may contain usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page. |

Usage
[edit]{{NFL expansion draft start |year= |teamname= }}
- year: the year of the expansion draft (i.e., 1967).
- teamname: the full name of the expansion team (i.e., New Orleans Saints).
- Optional citation parameters:
- p_ref: adds a citation to the "position" column. This is useful when using data from contemporary sources that may differ from most modern sources, such as antiquated position names.
- e_ref: adds a citation to the "experience" column.
- c_ref: adds a citation to the "college" column. This is useful for similar reasons as "p_ref" (i.e., when using contemporary rather than modern names of institutions).
