Template:Lexum-scc2
Full text of Supreme Court of Canada decision at LexUM
Usage
This is intended for cases published before 2000 that are available in the LexUM database. For cases from 2000, use Template:lexum-scc which is based on neutral citation. Note: if the year the decision was released was different from the year of the SCR publication, this template will not work. Instead, use Template:lexum-scc4.
Five fields:
- year of SCR publication
- volume of SCR publication (use "0" if the citation does not include a volume - i.e. there is only one volume for that year)
- first page in SCR
- CanLII index number (optional)
- year decision was released (only if different from year of SCR publication for #1 above)
Eg.{{lexum-scc2|1993|1|554|164}} = [1993] 1 S.C.R. 554 (with CanLII # of 164)
E.g. 2.{{lexum-scc4|1970|1971|0|543|194}} = [1971] S.C.R. 543 (with CanLII # of 194, where decision was released in 1970 instead of 1971)
