name Name of the bowl game (typically, this should also be the name of the article).

full_name Name of the bowl game, with sponsor's name included.

  • Nickname of the game, if any.
  • Do not add quotes, which are already included in the template.
The Granddaddy of Them All
defunct
  • If the bowl is defunct, type anything in this field to add the "defunct" status to the infobox.
  • Otherwise, leave this field blank.
logo
  • Type the name of the image that has the name of the bowl in it here.
  • Do not add brackets ([[ ]]) or namespace headers (File: or Image:).
  • This may also be a picture of the game if the logo has not been uploaded.

  • How large you want the logo/image to be. If left blank, it defaults to how big the picture normally is.
  • Do not add "px".

  • If the game has an at-large team (such as the BCS), note the selection process for selecting those teams.
  • If the game is a BCS game, note that the game may lose conference champions to the title game.
  • Make sure you use " — " (not " – ") for spans of years.
  • Separate sets of years, or individual years with <br> .

  • However, list (and link) the year in which this payout applied.
  • Link the year as [[As of 2006|2006]] so that this payout can be updated each year (this will look like 2006).
  • Has the payout changed? List any other payouts, if known.
  • Separate this year's payout and previous years' payouts with <br>.
  • Cite a source which lists payouts.
  • Make sure you use " — ," not " – " for spans of years.
