Usage

This template creates an infobox for elections of non-permanent members of the United Nations Security Council. The templates {{Infobox United Nations Security Council election even}} and {{Infobox United Nations Security Council election odd}} use it to create infoboxes for elections in even- and odd-numbered years, respectively. As long as the current long-standing and partly codified practice of alternating regional allocation of seats continues, there will be no need to use this template directly.
