This will create an external link to a results details/start orders page for an ISU competition. This will work for results pages that follow the convention of 'http://www.DOMAINNAME.EXT/results and so will work for most competitions from roughly the 2003-2004 season onward.
Usage

Be careful of extraneous spaces when using the template without the parameter names.

Parameters

domain | This is the domain name of the results url. The two main URLs used are isufs.org (approx 2003 through 2008) and isuresults.com |
id | This is the competition identifier. It will contain both letters and numbers. It is what follows the / in the competition URL. The URL for the ISU results page for the 2008 World Championships was http://www.isufs.org/results/wc2008, and so the competition identifier was "wc2008 ". The naming convention the ISU uses

name | The name of the competition. It defaults to the name of the article. |
