Renders a flag icon and wikilink to Heard Island and McDonald Islands. This template is equivalent to {{flag|Heard Island and McDonald Islands}}, but is named after the standard three letter ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 country code for Heard Island and McDonald Islands as a shorthand editing convenience.
