{{Golf at the Olympics}} is a sub-template of {{Olympic events sidebar}}, a series of navigational sidebars for articles on Olympic disciplines, designed to replace the aged Summer Olympics by year and Winter Olympics by year navigational sidebar series. It is devoted specifically to the Olympic discipline of golf, and features interchangeable lists of golf events at various Olympic games, from 1900 to 2020. It is composed of a single blank parameter, 1, designed to accept year inputs. The sidebar's interchangeable lists are powered by the {{#switch}} parser function, through the 1 parameter.

Usage

Example

When the 1 parameter is set to 1904 like in the following code, {{Golf at the Olympics|1904}}, the output results in the example seen at right, where relevant wikilinks to golf at the 1904 Summer Olympics are shown, and a formatted list of golf events at that year's Olympics are shown in a collapsible format. A full list of all available inputs for this template can be seen in the table below, in the "Inputs" section.
