- @Yoninah: The hook is uncertain because there's no agreement who should be considered China's first aviator. Dikötter et al. consider Lee the first, while others credit Feng Ru as the first, who was an earlier aviator and a Chinese national, but spent almost his entire career in the US, which is why he was excluded by Dikötter. -Zanhe (talk) 21:01, 27 November 2019 (UTC)
