Yogashikha discusses meditation
- ... that the ancient text Yogashikha Upanishad states an unpracticed Yogi will be pulled out of meditation (pictured) by the senses, even if he tries to control them.
- ALT1:... that the ancient Hindu text Yogashikha Upanishad states the mula-mantra or the root mantra is Om.
