Since it comes from an authoritative source whose opinion matters, it's a good example of fair-use in the text, but we're not allowed to use nonfree material on the Main Page. Death date is not a usually way of diambiguating a page title. Maybe pagemove to William Paston (lawyer)? Formerip (talk) 10:40, 28 September 2013 (UTC)
- There are actually a very large number of Wikipedia articles from this period of history which disambiguate by date of death, and in this case it's a useful disambiguator as there are several William Pastons in the family. NinaGreen (talk) 14:50, 28 September 2013 (UTC)
