Whalsay Parish Church
[edit]- ... that the Whalsay Parish Church (pictured) in Scotland was dedicated to the Holy Rood, and was a quoad sacra parish?

- Tweaked the wording with ALT1: ... that Whalsay Parish Church (pictured), dedicated to the Holy Rood, was within a quoad sacra parish? --Rosiestep (talk) 03:19, 8 February 2013 (UTC)
- nice article on good sources. I would stop the hook after Holy Rood, not mention two things people have to look up to understand. Or mention something else, like minister visiting 11 times a year? - The image is free, but not impressive smallsize, perhaps crop a bit? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 15:19, 23 February 2013 (UTC)
- ALT2: ... : ... that Whalsay Parish Church (pictured) is dedicated to the Holy Rood? --Rosiestep (talk) 16:26, 23 February 2013 (UTC)

- Date and length fine. I would pass Alt2 as I agree with the original assessment that it's better to have the hook in terms general people would know. The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 09:08, 1 March 2013 (UTC)
