Overall: I like that first hook. It's cited. It's a key point in the news article. The Wikipedia article gives context. Second one is okay, but more specific.
Also, this is not a DYK concern but do sources say why the transmitter is in Chalmette? Most of the city's high power stations have the transmitters in Chalmette now.
