Viktor Bondarev
[edit]- ... that Viktor Bondarev was appointed Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Air Force by President Dmitry Medvedev on the latter's last day in the Kremlin?

- Geez, cutting it close, weren't you? You would have been ineligible if you had submitted this more than 18 minutes later. Anyways, this just barely squeaks by into the 5 day requirement. It is 1576 characters, again just squeaking by the requirements. The article reads neutrally. Hook checks out and is interesting enough. Normally, I would have an issue with close paraphrasing here, but considering the dry straightforwardness of the text you were working from, you did a good job at transforming it and I don't believe there are any copyvio issues from such bare facts. Good job, even if you skimmed the line on pretty much every corner you possibly could. SilverserenC 00:10, 13 May 2012 (UTC)
