Vic Flowers
[edit]- ... that Jimmy Saville was once thrown out of the Adelaide Oval?

- The length, date and general sourcing for this article checks out, and the speedy was I think rightly declined, so no issue there. But the hook twists reality beyond what would be acceptable even on April Fool's day. It's merely that the man apparently looks a bit like broadcaster Jimmy Savile (note Savile, not Saville as in the hook), and he doesn't appear to even be called Jimmy Savile in jest, merely 'Jimmy'. I think we need another hook. Benea (talk) 09:31, 8 October 2011 (UTC)
- No problem. How about this? The C of E. God Save The Queen! (talk)
- Alt1... that Vic Flowers is considered as the unofficial leader of the Barmy Army?
- Alt1 is good to go, though a minor point, I would write it as 'is considered the unofficial'. Benea (talk) 19:49, 9 October 2011 (UTC)
