Upper Peninsula miners' strike of 1865

- Review Meets length, timeliness (moved from contributor's own work space, so is considered to be a new article), and sourcing. Sources appear to support hook, but I had to WP:AGF for the off line sources. I consider that to be a good assumption, given contributor's history. No copy vio issues or closed paraphrasing.
