- There are a couple of paragraphs which lack citations; once these are added this will pass. Also, the hook does not include a link to the actual article; I suggest:
- ALT1: ... that copyright infringement not involving profit was not a criminal offense in the United States between the 1994 United States v. LaMacchia ruling and the 1997 passage by Congress of the NET Act?
